What could be better than homemade pasta for Sunday dinner! Join me on Sunday, February 6th from 3:00-5:00pm when we’ll make homemade farfalle (bowties) and fettuccine pasta with a lemon herb sauce. I’ll show you how, step by step, while sharing helpful kitchen tips along the way. A pasta roller/pasta machine is not required (although I will show you how to use one), but a rolling pin or wine bottle (to use as a rolling pin) and a pizza cutter or sharp knife are necessary. This is a child-friendly class with adult supervison. Cost is per household/streaming device. Recipe, ingredient list, and streaming URL will be provided upon receipt of payment and registration. Please be aware that each participant is responsible for their own ingredients, kitchen appliances, kitchen tools, etc. Note that this is a 2 hour class.
